WAUW CAPOW by Bangbang Halima Dot is a white asymmetric skirt with black dots. The skirt has an elastic waistband two ruffles at the bottom –  one that matches the skirt, and the other one is yellow. This dalmatian looking skirt will be that perfect summer piece that will make anything you style it with become 10x more summerish.
